By accessing this website and hiring our professional technical services, we assume you accept these terms and conditions in full. Do not continue to use WEBHOUSE I.T. SOLUTION's services if you do not agree to take all of the terms stated on this page.
2. Scope of Services & Project Terms
- Milestones: Development projects (Apps, Websites, Software) are executed according to predefined milestones and feature lists signed in the project statement of work.
- Client Requirements: Clients are responsible for providing clear requirements, product categories, images, text, and business logic within timelines to prevent project delays.
- Revisions: UI/UX design components include specific revision loops prior to final source code development phases.
3. Payment, Hosting, and Renewals
- Payments must be made according to the milestone schedules agreed upon in the invoice framework.
- Packages that offer "1 Year Free Cloud Hosting" or "1 Year Free Domain" are subject to standard renewal rates after the initial 12 months. For instance, hosting renewal is priced at Rs. 4000 annually or as quoted.
- Failure to clear milestone payments may result in temporary technical suspension of source code deployment or hosting environments.
4. Intellectual Property
Unless explicitly stated otherwise in a separate contract, the core custom software architectures, applications, and custom UI elements created specifically for a client will be transferred to the client upon full payment clearance. WEBHOUSE retains the rights to its proprietary base engines, framework tools, and open-source optimizations.
5. Limitation of Liability
WEBHOUSE I.T. SOLUTION, its developers, and partners will not be held liable for any indirect, consequential, or special disruptions arising out of or in connection with third-party components (such as unexpected downtime from AWS, Google Play Store rejections, API deprecations by Apple, or payment gateway service interruptions).
6. Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, and any disputes relating to these terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Delhi.
7. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to revise or update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Your continued use of our services following any modifications constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
